AI Sports Nutrition Glycobol XT Reviews
Yet again, another sports nutrition product that over promises and under delivers. Took as part of the i'll pump you up 'nasty natural stack' Took as directed religiously along with the stack and experienced no difference.
Once swallowed, has a slight afterburn of cinnamon up the esophagus.
Needless to say, I do not recommend.

When people say this is best carb crusher they are right. I had my cheat day Saturday after a tournament and pigged out on some carbs. Usually after feeling bloated, sick and just blahh. Glycobol took care of everything, crushed the bloating and used all of it for so much energy. Two days later im right back to where i was, feel even more energized and prevented fat from even thinking of settling in. Must have product!

Overall benefits are GOOD!
Not for the gastronomically weak of heart- you will more than likely have some issues along the digestive track, particularly at the end of the digestive track for the first 48 hours. After that results are impressive- must abide by the directions in regards to carbs to take full advantage of this product. Muscle fullness and immediate 8%-10% strength increase were experienced while using this product (similar to the first time I took creatine minus the potential for cramps and hydration issues). You will need to up the cardio while on this if you plan on losing weight- muscle definition and tone will be improved while using this product.

I work out twice a day and the Glycobol definitely helps! Glycobol takes all the carbs you eat and pushes it into your muscles to be burned as energy, I have had great success with Glycobol and feel that it really works. Ive lost fat, feel fuller muscles and don't get down on myself when I want to eat a pasta dinner. After a huge meal and glycobol I feel ripped. Well worth the investment.

Didnt really work for me.
Unfortunately, I did not notice any changes in anything, even when dosing 3 pills per meal. I tried 30 minutes prior, 20 minutes prior, 10 minutes prior, and during a meal. No changes in feeling, composition, etc...
I had some high hopes for some observable gains, but alas. The gains I saw were on par with what I would have seen without it. The month's supply is almost gone, with not much change. Perhaps others have better luck, or maybe my insulin sensitivity is just naturally high.
(For the record, I was using this on a clean bulk)

This supplement is decent. Muscle fullness and endurance were noticeably increased. I also noticed a steady increase in strength. The downside is that I get very tired and sleepy after taking it.
