I am a fast paced type person in the gym, therfore I am usually very sore after pushing myself to the limit in the gym. After recommendation and help from 'Joe' I gave Rehab a shot and WOW! this is truley an amasing product. The ratio is perfect and the fact that you can put it in most any drink you want makes it easy to use. The recovery is the most amasing part of this product. I had a couple of more than extreme days and just one serving of Rehab kept my soreness to slight to none...I truley recommend this product. It is what the title says it is 'REHAB'

I'm not big on the blue raspberry drinks and 40 serving of the same damn flavor just gets old after almost 6 weeks. I had the pleasure of getting a tub of this through a contest and I must say I was very impressed. Hell, the name alone is cool in itself.  
 
The ingredient panel and name of the product do just that, offer Rehab to the damage you've done to your muscles. I love that it's non-flavored (does have a little tart taste), but can add to pretty much any drink you want. I typically will take Anabolic Impac about 30 minutes before workout, add 1 tablespoon of Rehab for intra, and the next tablespoon after into my Gatorade. Either way you stack them., or standalone... excellent job Anabolic Addiction... love the flexiblitiy of this product!

I see that Anabolic Addiction made sure they offer a product that was very well balanced! With the nice 4:2:2 ratio I would recommend this. This is a good addition to any supplement regimen. I appreciate th fact that it is cost effective. It is unflavored but you can add it to many drinks if you do not like what you taste plain.
