I have been using this produt for years, especially the blue raspberry flavor. I don't find the need to ever use more than 1 scoop because it is 7g of BCAAS per. I use it primarily in Veggie Juices to help mask a lot of the bitter tastes from certain veggies and it works like a charm. I would suggest this as a BCAA supplement to anyone interested.

I have been using chained out for almost 4 months and I like it a lot better then its competitors. I love the taste and it seems like it gives me a lot more energy in the gym...overall I like it a lot

Amazing taste and 700mg of BCAA per serving! What more do you need? BCAAs are great for building and maintaining muscles, and they help fight fatigue and power up your immune system. Great add on supplement!

I really like this supplement.It has a bunch of good stuff in like leucine, valine and isoleucine (which improve anti-catabilic effects, fight fatigue, and boost immune system!) I take one scoop, apple flavor, and drink it with water in the morning.
It mixes very easily and tastes great. Chaind out has lowered my fatigue levels a lot. I feel new energy when I work out. With that being said, you really dont need this stuff, expecially if you are on a tight budget.

I always take Chained Out in the mornings because that's when I do my cardios. My body seems to respond to it very well in the mornings especially. It gives me a nice energy rush for the type of physical activity I am doing. Now, when I start doing the heavy workouts it seems like the kick is not as noticeable and almost non-existant but I am still getting muscle mass growth. I guess it's one if those speak spoftly but vasrrys big stic type None-the-less I get the Appletini flavor, it goes down very smooth and nice without any type of aftertase. What I am thinking about is just sipping on this throughout the day. I figured this would give me my BCAA's as well and with a constant flow. If nothing else it might give my body the rush I was used to from the other stuff I was taking.

Chained out is a serious product for a serious enthusiast. If you are really into your body and gettiong the best for it. i like it because I work out hard and heavy all the time. My body is always being taken to the max when I am at work (construction) or when I hit the gym. I tried it out for a week to see how different it would effect me than the bcaa I was using, it has been three months and I still am using chained out. I am never sore, my muscle strength has gone up as well as my size. Since I work in construction everyday is a workout day for me so i take chained out everyday. If a day goes by and I do not take my chained out i swear my body screams out for it.

700 mg's of BCAA per serving . those were the numbers that definitely sold me on Chained Out. You also get 60 servings per container as well and with money being kind of tight these days the dollar goes a long way. If this is not the best tasting BCAA on the shelf it has to be the closest and I have tried many. I'm on my second container and thi time went with the Strawberry ... excellent choice indeed. You can mix C.O. with just about anything and improve the taste of the nastiest supplement. Of course bcaa's are muscle builder's but Chained Out really does it for me. I still mix it with my creatine to keep the edge and that is the complete ticket for me. I take mine pre and post workout and I see better gains than just taking it once a day or just in the mornings or at night. The fact that it does have a nice amount of Leucine in particular especially helps prevent muscle breakdown and stimulate muscle growth. The leucine also helps your reecovery so you can work out off the chain with C.O. If you are into bcaa's and really wnat to increase your workout and have less soreness. This is the way to go.
