I am just about done with the 90 tab bottle, for the first two weeks it was great. I took 2 tabs a day and was full of energy and focus, after a month is keeps me going but is starting to give me headaches. I think it is to much of a good thing, I called IPUP and went off for a week. It helped the headaches but if taken on an empty stomick I get headaches, I now have to take with food. Not sure were the Shredded fits in, did not get the cuts I was thinking. Next time I will stick with powder product.
