This supplement worked really well. I felt more muscle fullness everyday while taking this. And it helped me increase my bench by 30lbs in one month (175-205) and I bulked up about 10lbs. I couldn’t stand the taste/smell of these tablets, but its only a pill and its over soon. Also they are slightly costly, but definitely worth it. It gets 4 stars from me.
