The 111 serving container is a great deal, it has to be the best value I've seen for this type of product. The taste isn't bad, I've used other BCAA powders intra workout that taste better, but this one is pretty good. You're getting the 3 bcaa's and b vitamins, so it's going to help with recovery but the big thing is the cost per serving. At 49.99, you're paying 45 cents for each serving. If you're looking to save some cash, I definitely recommend this product.

When used intra-workout, AllMax Nutrition Aminocore gives your muscles some real fuel, and kept my body from going catabolic. My workouts lasted longer, and I think it's helped in my recovery as well. The taste rocks too!
