I am an All American fan for life. K- Otic is one of the best energizers on the market it's far better than anything I've ever tried before and I can't imagine not taking this product before I need to work out. I've honestly found anything that the company All-American makes is fantastic.

I just had the most intense workout of my life on K-otic! I took it about 3 hrs ago and I'm still pumped! My energy was through the roof. I was concentrated on the weights this time, and not the Pilates class. My stamina hasn't been this good since college and I feel like I want to smash a car window! No! All of my neighbors car windows! Whoo! Damn I love this k-Otic!

I got a couple samples of this product and gave them a try instead of my normal PWO (Bullnox).
My first sample was grape grenade. They weren't kidding about the grenade part, it blew the top of my shaker off when I finished mixing it! I didn't think it mixed well and noticed it was somewhat fizzy. The taste was horrible and combined with the fiz made it an unnecessary challenge to chug down.
Noticed a quick burst of energy, but that seemed to die down by the time I got to the gym. Didn't seem to get me to the same level of intensity as my normal PWO and actually made me slow things down to keep the upset stomach sensation at a bearable level.
Overall, not the one for me.

When you take K-otic pre-workout it will set you up for a massive energy rush! So be prepared to pump hard and long!!

While I didn't have a bad workout while trying this, I did feel a little churning in my stomach, I always workout on an empty stomach, so food wasn't an issue. Also, the taste is medicine like a cough yrup or something. I probably would at least try it again and make sure I follow the instructions to a 'T'. Some prods you can hop around on and some you can't. I did get a nice boost of energy while I was working out but I just could not fully get the most out of it because of my stomach going to town.

Love it! Can't live with out it!!! No crash, no jitters no anxiety and just 100% focused mental and sustained energy! The BEST pre-workout mix I have ever used! It makes me so pumped in the gym and even after. Just love it and the Test Charge as well!!!!! Thank you AAEFX!
The one thing that they could have worked on was the taste. Hands down I have to say that it is not the best tasting pre drink out on the market. I had to hold my nose to get it down and really concentrate to keep it down but I did manage. I think EFX K-Otic is a very good product and with some tweaking it can be a wonderful product and get better ratings across the board.
