I like to try out differant supps because I've found that sometimes what works best for others, might not be the best for me. I decided to try 'Nocturnabol' after many failed attempts on Lean Dreams (ALRI industries). I've heard GREAT reviews about the lean dreams, but I found it actually kept me awake at night, totally not good for muscle growth and energy the next day. I gave Nocturnabol a shot, and WOW! With in 15minutes I was totally out and had a great night sleep. This lasted through the whole pack and worked with out fail everynight! My only issue was that you don't get a lot in the pack, and like 6 of the capsules were already busted prior to me opening the box. Kind of a bummer =( . But I'll will fo'sure be ordering this one again!
