I have been using this product for a while and I really like it. There aren't many alternatives for flavored bcaa's in this price range. The taste is great and a tub lasts me about a month. The only negative is that it is high in carbs, but I drink this during my workout so the carbs help. But if you don't drink it during the workout the carbs could come back to haunt you

Great taste. Lasted me about a month or so but it is just so high in carbs. I heard they have a light or no carb one out there. I will have to chekc it out. Advanced Muscle Science Body Mortar is helping me to sculpt my body for sure. Great recovery during and after.

Body mortar has worked wonders for me since I started taking it 2 months ago. My workout stamina has increased greatly and i have noticed my recovery time has improved. The recovery was most noticeable after leg days because i really put in hard work on leg days.

In addition to the great price and the great recovery i would have to say the fact that Body Mortar has a great ratio of BCAA's that helps my body recover with the least amount of pain for my gain. I really like that they offer two different choices, carb and no carb. I habve one of each, one for pre-workout and one for post.
