I knew I needed to do something when I was forced to disembark from an airplane! I was over 400lbs at the time and i couldn't even fit in the seat with the seatbelt extender. I had let myself go. Thats when I discovered F block. Now its a year later and Im at 290lb! Granted i had to change my eating habits but F block was a big help in my transformation. Im glad I decided to start taking it.
