Good PWO for beginners and those that are sensitive to caffeine.
First week i took one scoop, i hardly felt any energy and zero pump.
2nd week i started taking 1 1/2 - 2 scoops and suddenly noticed pump and energy. The focus was a bit lacking, but no adverse side effects.
Taste- better than expected for a pw.
Effect- not too mentally stimulating, but good focus and great pump.
This stuff works pretty good. It will def help you workout harder an longer. Doesn't taste too bad either like my old stuff. I'd recommend.
