Description
This is a high potency formula containing the
essential amino acids L-Leucine, L-Valine and
L-Isoleucine. These three protein-sparing amino acids
are known as branched chain. It is a well known fact
that amino acids are responsible for protein synthesis,
hence the nickname 'building blocks.' Recent studies
suggest that the BCAAs are the most important of all
amino acids for muscular growth and recuperation.
The BCAAs are the most rapidly absorbed of all amino
acids; in fact, 70% of BCAAs immediately pass through
the liver and are 'pushed' into the muscle tissue where
the majority of the metabolism takes place.
BCAAs are also responsible for
muscle production and energy production. Muscle
production is supplied by an increase in protein
synthesis. Energy production is caused when the BCAAs

which is the transfer of amino groups into other amino
acids. L-Alanine, a primary pathway to muscle energy,
will cause both increased protein synthesis and
