Directions

Six tablets should be taken daily. Take three tablets in two doses. One dose should be taken in the morning on an empty stomach and the second dose 30 minutes before lunch. You should drink a minimum of 64 ounces of water a day when using this product. You should drink 8 glasses of water on non-training days and 12 on training days. Don't eat for at least 30 minutes before or after taking this product. Do not take after 3 pm.
