Since much has already been written about the value of androstenediones, this is only a brief review. Androstenediones are testosterone precursors. Levels of these precursor hormones increase together with testosterone immediately after physical exercise. As a matter of fact, research shows that physical exercise increases androstenedione blood concentrations 1.3 fold in men, and 1.6 fold in women. Directions

Pop 1 or 2 'Poppers' into your mouth. Do not swallow them like capsules or chew them like gum. Bite down on them until you fell a tingle. Swish the pieces around in your mouth, under your tongue and particularly in the space between your cheek and gum allowing them to slowly dissolve. This helps ensure better absorption into your system and optimum utilization. After completing one 12 week cycle, discontinue use for 6 weeks. You may then begin another 12 week cycle, etc.
