Directions

As a dietary supplement for adults, use for up to 8 weeks in a cycle, then discontinue use for 2 weeks before retaking the product. Mix each serving with 8 ounces of water. Do not take with food. On workout days, a beginner's dosage is 1/2 to 1 serving (1/2 to 1 scoop), taken 15-30 minutes before workout. For an advanced dosage, take 2 servings (2 scoops). Do not exceed 2 scoops. Khronic Pump is extremely powerful and requires only one scoop. On off-days, take 1/2 serving (1/2 scoop) of Kronic Pump for optimal nitric oxide levels.
