My name is Jennifer Mann from Sanford North Carolina, age 28. Just five months ago I was in a huge dilemma. I was 35 pounds overweight and my 10 year high school reunion was only four months away. I just recently had a baby girl and kept some of the extra weight from the pregnancy. Not only was I always tired and not at all happy with the way I looked, but I was very self conscience. All of my friends were very excited about our upcoming reunion and on top of that many of them would be flying in. With the way I felt and look I did not want to go, however I knew that I would not have a choice. It has been years since I have even been in a gym and I knew that if I wanted to lose this extra weight I needed to do it right.
I would like to start off and say Kevin is my fitness savior. Right from the beginning he made me feel comfortable and confident in myself. I explained to him my situation and my goal of losing 25 pounds in four months. We started off by
going over different aspects of my current lifestyle such as; current level of fitness, my diet, what fitness equipment I had available, and ect... In less then 24 hours I had my 16 week fitness and nutrition plan. To help me keep on track of loosing 25 pounds in four months, together we set incremental goals through out the 16 weeks. Not only was the fitness routine easy to understand but Kevin explained the purpose of each of the
exercises. He kept my cardio routine interesting and fun. The nutritional plan I might have to say is what made this goal of mine a reality. I was definitely lacking in this area and Kevin laid out my meal plan in such a way that it was not only easy
to follow, but meals I would be looking forward for.
By the day of my reunion I have lost a total of 27 lbs. My energy level is higher then before and my confidence was restored. My husband and I want to thank you Kevin for helping me get my life back.
