What fitness programs do you have for
beginners?
We have two types of fitness programs for beginners;
a Customize Fitness Program and our Ready-Made
Fitness Program. Our ready made fitness program
is broken into three sections, Size and Strength
Program, Weight Loss Program, and Size, Strength,
and Weight Loss Program. Inside of these programs
they are broken down into beginner, intermediate,
and advanced. However, for beginners we recommend
our Customize Fitness Program, your program will
be designed by our certified personal trainer
to your specific needs. You also will have unlimited
access to your personal trainer for any questions
you might have.
Will you customize my fitness
program around my schedule?
Absolutely, one of the first things we want to
know about you when you sing up for our Customize
Fitness Program is your schedule. We understand
people have careers and family life, and that
is why we make sure our fitness routine fits into
your current schedule.
Can I do my workout at home
or do I have to be a member of a gym?
This is one of our most asked questions and no
you do not have to be a member of a gym to utilize
our Customize Fitness Program. One of the main
benefits of our Customize Fitness Program is that
you will explain to your personal trainer what
equipment you have access to. Then your personal
trainer will create your program around what is
available.
When do I receive my fitness
program?
If you sign up for our Customize Fitness Program,
you will first be sent a comprehensive questionnaire
that we will ask for you to fill out. Once that
is complete you will email the questionnaire back
to us. At that time your personal trainer will
contact you for the best time to have a phone
consultation to gather additional information
about you. From there it usually takes our personal
trainers less the 24 hours to complete your fitness
program. After the program is complete your personal
trainer will email you your whole program and
contact you for the best time to go over your
exercise routine and nutritional plan.
If you choose one of our Ready-Made Fitness Programs,
within 2 hours of your purchase you will be emailed
a user name and password, which will allow you
to log into your fitness program.

trainers charge?
A one on one personal training can be very expensive,
any where in the range of $45 to $100 an hour.
How much do your fitness programs
cost?
Our fitness programs break into two categories,
our Customize Fitness Program which cost $29.95
or our Ready-Made Fitness Program which only cost
$19.95.

How do I know I am performing
an exercise correctly?
We have a very extensive library of fitness exercises
that have detail descriptions of each exercise
plus video clips.
How long does it usually take
before I will see results?
From our experience it usually takes our clients
anywhere from 10 - 15 workouts before they will
start to notice results.
How much weight should I use?
Always remember to perform each exercise with
proper technique, with that in mind we recommend
using weight that will allow you to perform the
number of suggested reps. This means you may initially
need to try several different weights before you
find the right one. Your muscles will get use
to a weight very quickly and that is why it is
important to push your self if you want to see
results.
What is a Strength Training Phase?

A Set is the number of reps performed in sequence
without resting.
What is a "Rep"?
The number of Reps is the number of times you
should perform an exercise within one set.
What is a "Rest Period"?
Rest Period is the period of time between Sets.
