What fitness programs do you have for
We have two types of fitness programs for beginners; a Customize Fitness Program and our Ready-Made Fitness Program. Our ready made fitness program is broken into three sections, Size and Strength Program, Weight Loss Program, and Size, Strength, and Weight Loss Program. Inside of these programs they are broken down into beginner, intermediate, and advanced. However, for beginners we recommend our Customize Fitness Program, your program will be designed by our certified personal trainer to your specific needs. You also will have unlimited access to your personal trainer for any questions you might have.
Will you customize my fitness
program around my schedule?

or do I have to be a member of a gym?
This is one of our most asked questions and no you do not have to be a member of a gym to utilize our Customize Fitness Program. Then your personal trainer will create your program around what is available.
When do I receive my fitness
If you sign up for our Customize Fitness Program, you will first be sent a comprehensive questionnaire that we will ask for you to fill out. Once that is complete you will email the questionnaire back to us. At that time your personal trainer will contact you for the best time to have a phone consultation to gather additional information about you. From there it usually takes our personal trainers less the 24 hours to complete your fitness program. After the program is complete your personal trainer will email you your whole program and contact you for the best time to go over your exercise routine and nutritional plan.
If you choose one of our Ready-Made Fitness Programs, within 2 hours of your purchase you will be emailed a user name and password, which will allow you to log into your fitness program.
