Directions
Take one caplet in the morning before breakfast and one caplet six hours later. Pills should be taken on an empty stomach with eight ounces of water. Do not exceed more than 2 pills in 24 hours. This supplement should be used in conjunction with a low-fat, reduced-calorie diet, and with exercise.
