Directions  

Begin taking only two multi-phase capsules for the first two days. You should take one in the morning and one in the afternoon. After two days you should increase your dose by one multi-phase capsule every two days until you have reached the maximum dosage of 4 multi-phase capsules per day. Once you have reached the maximum you should take two capsules in the morning and two capsules in the afternoon. Do not exceed four capsules in one day. You should not take these capsules within six hours of bedtime. Lipo6X should not be taken with meals. Take your daily capsules within 30 minutes prior to a meal. You should follow a cycle of 8 weeks on and one week off.
