Directions
As a dietary supplement take four
capsules twice daily. Workout days: Take four capsules
with 8oz of water immediately following your workout,
either by itself or together with IsoBolic Advanced

Non workout days:
Take four capsules with 8 oz of water with breakfast or
lunch. Wait 4-6 hours and take another four four
capsules with a
