Directions
Recommended for use by men and women. If you weigh less than 200 pounds, you should take five capsules twice a day, with plenty of water. If you weigh more than 200 pounds, you may take eight capsules twice a day. Never take more than sixteen capsules a day. On training days, one dose should be taken half an hour to an hour before your workout. Drink lots of water while using this supplement. Follow label directions carefully.

Ask your doctor before using if you are taking any medication, or if you have or are at risk for any medical condition, including cardiovascular complications, central nervous system, genito-urinary problems, or a history of cold sores.
