Directions  

Mix one scoop of naNO Vapor with up to four ounces of cold water. Drink the mix within 15 minutes of the time you are scheduled to begin your workout. Once you have been using naNO Vapor after a few weeks you can increase the dosage to two or three servings (scoops) into up to twelve ounces of cold water prior to your workout.
