Directions
For best results take 4 capsules with 12 ounces
of water 3 times a day. Each set of capsules
should be taken between 30 to 60 minutes before
meals. You should never exceed four pills in
a four hour period or 12 pills per day. For
best results make sure you do not take your
last dose within five hours before you plan
to sleep.
When you are new to Diet-Tech, you may want
to start slow before taking the maximum dosage.
We recommend that on the first three days you
take two pills, three times daily. On the fourth
day up to the end of the first week, take three
pills. After a week, you can start to take the
maximum dose.
Diet-Tech should be used in conjunction with
a low-fat, low calorie diet, and exercise. No
snacking should be added into this regime. At
least 10, 12 ounces glasses of water should
be consumed per day. If you have been using
Diet-Tech for 12 weeks it is advised that you
stop use for 2 weeks and then begin again.
Directions
This product is not intended for people under
the age of 18. If you are pregnant or nursing
you should not take this product. If you have
any medical issues, you should consult your
physician before attempting to take this supplement
in addition to other medication.
If you have a family medical history including
high blood pressure, heart, liver, or kidney
issues, psychiatric illness, stroke, diabetes,
asthma, anxiety, depression, issues with seizure,
or ulcers you should consult a doctor before
taking this supplement. If you have sensitivity
issues with caffeine then you should think twice
about taking this product. If you are using
a MAOI or SSRI then you should not take this
product. Do not use this product with any other
dietary supplements or over-the-counter medications
that contain caffeine or ephedrine.
Four capsules are equal to about two cups of
coffee. You should not take these pills in combination
with other sources of caffeine. Discontinue
use of this product if you encounter sleeplessness,
shortness of breath, nervousness, nausea, chest
pain, headache, mood changes, loss of consciousness,
or other symptoms. Do not attempt to use this
product when handling strenuous activity in
a high temperature area. Use this product only
as directed. Do not attempt to use this product
if the seal has been broken. Keep stored in
a cool, dry place. Keep away from children.
Taking this product without the appropriate
amount of water could cause your throat to swell,
block your esophagus, and cause choking. Do
not take this supplement if you have issues
swallowing pills.
