Directions

For the first five days, you should take two servings per day. One should be taken when you wake up, and the other immediately after you finish a workout. If you are on a non-training day, you should take a serving when you wake up and your next serving 12 hours later. After the first five days, you should take one serving immediately after working out. If it is a non-training day, you should take the serving when you wake up.

To prepare mix two scoops of Cell-Tech Hardcore with 12 ounces of cold water. After you finish your serving, you should drink an additional eight ounces of water to help with absorption. For best results, use for at least eight weeks.
