If you are new to Altered State you should begin with one serving (three tablets) with an eight ounce glass of water. You can take one serving twice a day. On training days you should take one serving before working out. If you have been taking Altered State for an extended period of time and are less than 200 pounds you can take up to eight tablets per day (four tablets twice a day). If you are over 200 pounds you are restricted to 10 tablets, which should be taken five at a time, twice daily. You should not take more than 10 tablets in a 24 hour period. Read the label to make sure that you follow all directions.
