Directions
Take one 20g serving three times a day. Before workouts you should mix 2 scoops with 20 ounces of water or juice and follow the following directions: Drink half the mixture up to an hour before the workout and the rest during the workout. You should never exceed more than two scoops in a workout or more often than every four hours. You should not exceed more than three scoops in a 24 hour period. Do not take this within two hours of taking other medicines. Discuss the use of this supplement with a doctor before trying it out.
Warnings
Not for use by children under the age of 18 or women that are pregnant or lactating. You should not take this product if you have liver or kidney problems or are allergic to aspirin. You should never exceed the recommended dosage. If you have any health conditions or take any medications you should consult your doctor before using this supplement.
