Raspberry Ketones – RK are the compounds in raspberries that offer the fruity smell of the berries. Studies have shown that RK offers fat loss properties and even represent a new, promising tool in the area of weight loss. Directions  

Use as a dietary supplement by taking three capsules twice a day on an empty stomach. For best results capsules should be taken first thing in the morning or in the afternoon. Each dose should be taken with at least a four-hour gap in between. You should not take these capsules after 4 PM as it could cause sleep problems. If you are sensitive to stimulants you might want to start with 1-2 capsules up to twice a day to check your tolerance level. You should not use for more than two months straight. At that point, take two weeks off and begin again if you wish.
