Directions
Take 1 tablet three times daily. Do not exceed
4 tablets in any 24 hour period.

similar symptoms. Individuals who are allergic
or hypersensitive to caffeine should
avoid the use of this product. Not intended
for use by persons under the age of 18. Improper use of this

a maximum of 10mg per day of ephedra.
