Directions
On workout days, you should consume three capsules up to one hour prior to workout. An additional three capsules should be taken no later than 30 minutes prior to beginning the workout. As soon as the workout is over you should take two capsules either with or without food. This makes 8 capsules on a workout day.
On non-workout days, take 2 capsules up to 30 minutes before both the first and second meal of your day. If you are having a cardio-only day, you should count the day as a non-workout day.
