When you’re in the gym, you sweat. When this happens you lose key electrolytes: potassium, magnesium, sodium, chloride, and calcium. It’s critical to replace what you lose when you sweat if you want to maintain optimum performance. Why are electrolytes important? They prevent muscle cramps, promote muscle contractions and support nerve transmission. Glycofuse contains a form of electrolytes your body can use more easily – a patented technology that allows the electrolytes to be used more easily by the body – these are known as Gold Medallion minerals and GLYCOFUSE is the first to have them!

Cramps are one of the most unpleasant experiences you can have when you are working out. This is the reason well designed "sports drinks" should have a verified osmolarity, this refers to the rate of gastric emptying, or how quickly it can leave the stomach. This is the reason our R&D Team developed our Osm Technology - a process of tuning the electrolytes in a solution with cyclic dextrin to get an ideal osmolality (mOsm). Lower osmolality = faster gastric emptying.

Directions
SHAKER CUP OR WATER BOTTLE
Add 1 scoop of Glycofuse to 8-10oz of cold water. Use a water bottle and shake for 30 seconds. Drink Glycofuse 20 minutes before your work-out, sip during your work-out and drink post work-out.
DIRECTIONS AND USE FOR TEAM SPORTS:
Use the following directions when mixing into larger containers for team sports use.
1 GALLON OF WATER
In one gallon of water, using the funnel, add 12 scoops of Glycofuse. Shake for 30 seconds.
5 GALLONS OF WATER
Fill your water cooler with five gallons of cold water and add one full container of Gylcofuse. Stir for 45 seconds.
