Directions  

For best results take two scoops daily. On workout days, take the first scoop and mix it with 16 ounces of water. Make sure to drink this serving between 60 and 90 minutes before training. The second serving should be served in the same manner and consumed immediately after the workout. On non-workout days, the first serving should be consumed with a meal. After the first serving you need to wait between four and six hours before taking the next serving with a meal.
