Purpose of Exercise: To help develop and shape the bicep particularly the height of the bicep peak.
Execution:
Using the hand attachment on a cable machine and also using both sides of the machine. Stand in front of a mirror if available. Grasp the handles with both hands using a underhand grip. Next stand as if doing a front double bicep pose. Curl the weight until your palms are over your shoulders. Squeeze both biceps and then resist the weight on the way back to the starting position.
