Purpose to Exercise: To build definition and mass in the triceps by fixed machine instead of a barbell or dumbbell.
Sit in the seat and adjust yourself to were your elbows are resting on the pad of the machine. Next, Grasp the handles provided and then press outward along the arc the machine provides, squeeze the triceps as you reach the top of the movement. Slowly bring the handles back to the starting point stretching the triceps at the bottom of the movement. You should be seated in such a way that your back is straight and not leaning over the elbow rest.
