Purpose of Exercises: To define and shape the front of the thigh. Leg Extensions are great for getting really deep definition in the thighs without losing size, and especially for developing the area around the knees.
Execution:
Sit in the seat and place your feet under the pad. Extend your legs outward, and as far as possible until they are locked out to get maximum contraction of the quadriceps, then lower your feet back down until your feet are farther back than your knees and your thighs are fully stretched.
