Elevate Your Game to the Next Level!
AIR SPEED was designed using research proven ingredients that will increase training endurance by improving oxygen flow and reducing lactic acid build-up. Improved oxygen delivery can dramatically improve energy production while blocking lactic acid can allow you to continue training when others are forced to give up.
AIR SPEED Ingredient Profile:
Beet Root Juice: A well-known endurance enhancing ingredient, Beet Root Juice contains large amounts of nitrate. Nitrate converts to Nitric Oxide in the body, improving blood flow to the muscles.
Phosphates: Phosphates have a history of being used as a lactic acid buffer. Reduced lactic acid means greater in-training work capacity. Research has shown that sodium-phosphate reduces lactic acid build-up as well as improving VO2 max by 10%.
Quercetin: Classified as a flavonoid, commonly found in nature and a well-known antioxidant. It also is known to have anti-inflammatory benefits.
N-Acetyl Cystine (NAC): NAC is a metabolite of the amino acid, Cysteine. It promotes higher levels of glutathione, a powerful anti-oxidant. NAC, by means of higher glutathione levels, promotes a healthy immune system and can help speed recovery.
Valine: One of the three branched-chain amino acids, or BCAAs, Valine helps promote recovery and muscle growth and is involved in providing in-training energy to your muscles.
Key Features:
- Decrease fatigue for improved workouts
- Promote extended energy for in-training endurance
- Enhance blood flow – speed nutrient delivery
FAQs
What makes Air-Speed different from other product?
F3 Nutrition’s R&D Team created Air-Speed primarily with the endurance athlete in mind. As such, we incorporated ingredients that are known to promote in-training energy while decreasing work-out fatigue and muscle soreness. This is done through regulating VO2 Max and Lactate Threshold. Air-Speed is ideal for endurance athletes of all types and it will help you bust through to the next level!
What is the definition of VO2 Max?
A common term among endurance athletes, VO2 Max is also called “Maximum Oxygen Uptake Capacity” and means the total amount of oxygen that can be used by an athlete during intense training. Going one step further, it refers to the amount of oxygen available and the speed at which that oxygen gets to the working muscles. As training intensity increases, so does your need for oxygen.
What does Lactate Threshold mean?
Lactate threshold can be defined as the point during exercise of increasing intensity at which lactate levels begins to build to the point where lactate clearance can’t keep up with lactate production. When this happens, training begins to shut down and extreme muscle soreness can occur.
Is there more than one type of pre-workout supplement?
Pre-workout supplements will provide specific ingredients that will let you get the most from your training sessions. “Endurance-based” pre-workouts, such as like Air-Speed, are meant for aerobic activities like running and cycling. These will typically contain ingredients that will increase oxygen uptake in the blood (VO2 Max). The more common “strength-based” pre-workouts like F3’s Annihilate are meant for weight training, and will typically include ingredients to increase energy, focus and the pump.
