Directions

Take 1 capsule daily, at the same time each day, preferably in the morning or as prescribed by your physician. This product must be taken on a full stomach. For optimal results take for one to two months (one to two cycles). Do not take this product longer than two cycles (8 weeks). Cycle off for 4 weeks immediately following the 8 weeks of consecutive usage.
