Directions
For best results take three tablets upon waking each morning. Tablets should be taken on an empty stomach. Three additional tablets should be taken 30 minutes before lunch. You should consume a minimum of 64 ounces of water daily when taking Nitric-X 02. If your workouts occur later in the day you may want to space out your doses to four hours at a time. If this is the case, you should take your second dose two hours prior to workout time.
