Directions  

For best results, take up to three capsules, twice a day prior to meals. You should leave a four-hour gap between servings and a one-hour gap between taking the capsules and working out. You should not take these pills for more than five days in a week and never for more than 12 weeks at a time. After 12 weeks, you should discontinue the pills for two weeks. If you are new to thermogenics, you may want to start with one capsule twice a day and then move to the standard dose.
