Directions

For best results, use as a dietary supplement. Take four caplets with at least 8 ounces of water, twice a day.

As a pre-workout supplement, take four caplets up to one hour before your workout.
As a post-workout supplement, take four caplets 15-45 minutes after working out.
On days you do not workout, take four caplets in the morning on an empty stomach and four more caplets 30 minutes before lunch.

You should not eat a meal or consume a protein shake for at least 30 minutes before using this supplement. Additionally, you should take in at least 64 ounces of water a day.
