As a dietary supplement, take one level scoop of Energized Xpand with 16 oz. of water, juice or your favorite beverage 2 times daily. Pre-Workout: Take 1 serving of Energized Xpand 30 minutes before your workout. Post-Workout: Take 1 serving of Energized Xpand 15-45 minutes after your workout. Non-Workout days: Take 1 serving of Energized Xpand. To maximize results, do not eat a meal or drink a protein shake for at least 30 minutes before or after you take Xpand. Consume at least 64 oz of water daily. To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within four hours of bedtime.
