Directions  

For best results, when training you should use between one and two hours after your muscles are ready to be triggered into an anabolic state. For maximum recovery you can use two scoops with twelve ounces of water if you are between 100 and 150 pounds. If you are 150-220 pounds or more you can double the amount that is listed. If you are taking the double serving it can be taken at once or divided. However, you should attempt to consume the entire serving within a 30 minute period.
