Directions  

For best results you need to use this product on a cycle. The first week or two you should only take one capsule a day. The following two to three weeks you can move to two capsules before cycling off.



Warnings

If you are at risk for thyroid, kidney, or heart problems, psychiatric problems, high blood pressure, seizures, strokes, or other medical conditions you should not use this product. If you are using antidepressants, MAOI inhibitors or other prescription drugs you should not use this supplement. Do not take for more than one month without a three month break. Do not take if you are under 21 years old or a woman. Do not allow children to use this product.
