Directions

Shake well before using. Mix 1-3 scoops with 8 oz. (150-250ml) of water and drink 30-45 minutes before you work out. Do not exceed 3 scoops per day.

Determine your tolerance by starting with one scoop, do not use for more than 5 out of 7 consecutive days. Do not take within 6 hours of bedtime. Contains Beta Alanine, you may experience harmless short term skin tingles.
