Ive always been an active guy. From childhood on I played soccer and road bikes. As I grew older, and my metabolism slowed...my belly grew too. I was very active in Jiu Jitsu until a back injury forced me into "retirement". I and #39ve been back on the bike for rides almost every weekend, and have still been in the gym daily. Its time to take my body to the next level, for my son, my wife, and for me.

I want to be below 200 lbs and cut my body fat considerably. I have not seen a size 34 pants since college and I and #39d like to be there too.
