I started my journey back in March 2013. My starting weight was 280lbs and 30%BMI. in just 5 months i dropped 50lbs or fat and 10% body fat. I have gained back 6lbs of muscle in the past month. I am an amateur powerlifter at an all around max of 1000Lbs. i plan to compete in powerlifting events and possibly bodybuilding events if i get shredded enough.
