Coming from a very active sport back ground that included soccer, cricket, karate. I have always been very much into fitness and the life style. After moving to the states from Trinidad in 2000 , I joined a local gym and was hooked after that. I have been working out for more than 10 years, and being so much in love with training and helping others I got certified as a personal trainer with ISSA. This is when I decided that there is no turning back, with the knowledge that I gained as a trainer I wanted to help aa many people as I can.
