I have stepped up my game this year and I am underway in my 2nd year of contest prep. Fitness is my passion, one of my loves for the last 3 years. I am a very active bodyspace member, I love to share my dedication to my fit-healthy lifestyle and my journey through the life of a little bodybuilder like me! Fitness for me is not only a state of mind or spirit but it truly is a lifestyle that surrounds you. This lifestyle for me is more than applying myself in the next 12 weeks but applying in my future, keeping my integrity. Fitness is a journey and like any other journey, it requires time, persistence and patience. I have worked hard the last couple years and I know the obstacles I am faced with every day such as hip dysplasia and food sensitivities wont stop me from the next 12 weeks of success. Everyday I strive for improvement all balanced with a positive attitude and enthusiasm. I am just a cute and dorky mid-western girl who's heart is as big as her smile and is committed to lifting heavy! I am continuing my competition career into Physique this spring where I hope to get nationals.

I am 12 weeks out from my first NPC Women's Physique Competition and I am ready to take on the next 12 weeks along side with Force Factor. I am excited to join others with the same goals for the next 12 weeks! Focused and energized! I have gained a lot of muscle during my last off season that I am not willing to lose, my next 12 weeks will be to lean down to my show time physique. I am so excited to see where I push myself next, I am hoping to make it to nationals this year! I am currently at 14 BF with 116lb Lean mass.
