Sean Mullen Goal
My goal is to gain more muscle and lose as much body fat as I can at the same time. My bodyfat percentage when I checked it about 3 weeks ago was 8 and I would like to drop it towards 5%-6% if possible. I am trying to have a leaner look, not too much on the bulkier side (more of a nice balance inbetween).
