I have always been the fat kid and things only got worse after high school because I didn't have football any longer. I ballooned up to over 300 lbs in the 3 years after high school. Then my daughter was born and i decided it was time to get back into shape. I took it way too far, dieting wrong and only doing cardio. I lost weight but I also lost a ton of muscle. I yoyo dieted for a few years. Never lifting weights made it next to impossible for me to keep the weight off. Now I am 210 lbs and totally disgusted with myself.
