I have always been a "heavier" person, but was able to stay in decent shape thanks to athletics. I stopped training much toward the end of college and got fat. When I graduated, I decided to start training seriously again and lost much of the fat I had gained. As I got more serious about Strongman training, I gained weight for competition and got stronger and fatter. I now am working to shed some of the extra weight without losing too much of the strength gains.
